Education

I hold both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from the California Institute of Integral Studies. My Master's degree is in Integral Counseling Psychology, with a focus on the mind-body-spirit connection and healing. During my studies, I delved into various cultural perspectives and schools of thought, which gave me a well-rounded understanding of this fascinating field. I also took specialized courses in somatic healing principles, hypnosis, and mindfulness. If you're curious, my thesis explored using altered stated in a psychotherapeutic context.

Professional Focus

My academic journey has ignited a deep passion within me for helping individuals heal from childhood relational wounds, especially in the realm of attachment. I firmly believe that addressing these wounds is pivotal for personal growth and building secure attachments, both in my personal life and in the professional sphere. Having personally overcome early childhood trauma, I intimately understand the profound impact it can have on one's life. This journey has inspired me to dedicate myself to helping others find peace and healing after trauma, enabling them to thrive in every aspect of their lives, including their work.

Creating Secure Attachments

A significant aspect of my work revolves around attachment healing. I specialize in helping individuals understand and heal attachment-related issues that may stem from early experiences. By integrating the insights I gained from various cultures and therapeutic approaches, I've developed a method that fosters secure attachments. My approach is grounded in mindfulness, somatic healing, and hypnosis techniques, all of which play a crucial role in reshaping how individuals connect with others. Through my work, I aim to empower my clients to build healthier, more secure relationships, not only in their personal lives but also in their workplace interactions. Ultimately, I believe that by healing these attachment wounds, we can create a more harmonious and fulfilling environment for personal and professional growth.
